This notice describes the Trendly account and membership service at app.trendly.fashion, operated by Trendly.

Google sign-in

Trendly requests your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and basic profile information. It stores your account identifier, email and name to recognize your account. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or your Google password. Google profile photos are not currently stored by the account service.

Membership checks

To provide included access through EtsyHQ on Skool, Trendly records the Skool profile, verified membership email, membership type, status and any verified paid-through date. The owner may import these details or use the Skool browser connection. These records are used to link accounts, grant access and end access when membership ends.

Cookies & security

Trendly uses essential cookies to complete sign-in and keep you signed in. Sign-in sessions last up to seven days and can be ended by signing out. Session identifiers are stored as hashes on the server. Administrative changes are recorded in an audit trail. The account service does not include advertising trackers.

Where account data is processed

Google handles Google authentication. Cloudflare hosts Trendly’s account service and database. The owner can view membership records to manage access and help with account issues. Standalone paid subscriptions are not currently enabled.

Retention & your choices

Account and membership records are retained while needed to operate and administer access. Signing out ends that session; it does not delete your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, contact [email protected]. You can also revoke Trendly’s Google connection in your Google account settings.
